We are interested is cloud CRM platforms like Insightly or Accelo, but really want to be able to share data between WHMCS and whatever CRM platfrom we choose. jamie96 Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 Autotask is a Professional Service Automation software, but it’s limited in a few significant ways such as it has a customer portal which helps to communicate with customers regarding tickets but poorly integrated and it is not much user-friendly with the client and sometimes it's very difficult to know how the ticket is processed and what happened with the ticket. That's why I prefer using DeskDirector (https://www.deskdirector.com/) with Autotask, it only needs an API to integrate with Autotask. DeskDirector is a customer portal that integrates with Autotask and makes it very easy to handle. DeskDirector is amazing with Autotask PSA. I can recommend one solution - https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/4920. It's pretty worthy, because it connects fully-equipped CRM with WHMCS.
