Pro Rata Billing

Hello

How are you. I am planning to use WHMCS for my ISP(Internet Service Provider) business. I want to bill them monthly on a fixed date.

i plan to bill my customer every month 2nd date. What is the scenario is

I set a product monthly charge is 30 euros with Prorata. So Customer Mr ABC call our sales phone and order a broadband on 10/01/2017 and i create the order for him. i can see in my order his first invoice will be 20 euros because its setup as a prorata and he will pay only for 20 days. but the problem is broadband is not setup straight away so he not gonna pay for 20 days. so we install his broadband 15/01/2017 and that day i will accept the order and i want to see his 1st bill will be 15 euros.(at the moment i see the even i accept the order after few days from order date the price never change.) i don't want to charge him in his 1st bill including the february charge. i mean february charge will be 28 euros . all i want a postpaid. so i setup in the product Charge Next Month date i setup 32 so the whmcs never charge him for the month of february. so all he pay is the 1st bill is 15 euros. lets say he use our service until May,2017 so is whmcs will create a invoice for this customer in 1st of june for the may usage? or it will not create any invoice in June as in from 1st of june he is not using our service but he used until 31st of may and i need to create for him a invoice on 1st of june for the month of May. basically i am using Post Paid service so people will pay after their use. I hope i am 100% able to explain you the situation.

Hope someone can advice me something

thanks

Mahim
