Albert28
Hi guys, I am wondering is there any other way to expedite the whitelisting of our IP in enom? I have submitted a support ticket (now case) to enom last January 26, 2017 and there is no reply till now.. I cannot call their US number because I am located outside US. Thanks and more power! pKris
Unfortunately WHMCS is merely partnered with eNom, so you'll have to wait on them (eNom) for an answer as WHMCS can't really influence that. They do have live chat, I think, too.
Vox
Hi Albert28, I had exactly the same and after spending over £20 on hold calling the US I found their Twitter accounts (@enom and @enomsupport). Once I posted on there I got mine changed in a matter of hours. It looks like their ticket system is virtually useless unless you notify them on twitter to go and action your case number.
SVytis
I have same problem, 11 days ago I open ticket, with the IP, No answer at all... Now I think what Enom is not the best partner to go forward. Just try thing what will be if be some real problems... Yours costumers will not wait and will not understand it!
