Waiting Tickets Not Showing at Admin Panel

Hi. I have problem with tickets..

 

A customer submits a new ticket, but in my Admin panel there is not showing any tickets, absolutely nothing - not open, not closed..

 

In Setup -> Administrators I have assigned Administrator to all departments.

 

Can anyone help me ?

if you go into support tickets, select 'any status' from the status selection, click search, then refresh the ticket does the ticket show up? If so, then you have a problem with ticket statuses. Go into setup-> support -> ticket statuses, make sure that include in waiting reply is green. If not, edit that status and then tick that option.

Thanks for replies. :) But I reinstall WHMCS, now all is ok..
