A customer submits a new ticket, but in my Admin panel there is not showing any tickets, absolutely nothing - not open, not closed.. Yes, user can see his all tickets (open, closed, waiting.. ) And I can see on phpmyadmin -> whmcs ticketslog table too.. twhiting9275 Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 if you go into support tickets, select 'any status' from the status selection, click search, then refresh the ticket does the ticket show up? If so, then you have a problem with ticket statuses. Go into setup-> support -> ticket statuses, make sure that include in waiting reply is green.
