Invoice Paid in paypal but marked as unpaid in whmcs

Hello,

I need to figure out why a payment is showing up as Invalid Receiver Email in the gateway log. I also need to know how to mark an invoice as paid. The invoice is paid and is shown in my paypal account but there is no way (or none that I can see) that I can mark it as paid in my WHMCS. Is there a way I can mark it as paid so my client does not get shut off again? Also, every time paypal sends me a message it shows up in my billing department. Is there a way to shut that off

From the Documentation

WHMCS validates the payment receiver email value against the details specified under Setup > Payments > Payment Gateways so this error means the two do not match. If multiple PayPal accounts are used to receive payment, or a single PayPal account has multiple email addresses associated with it ,they must all be listed in a comma separated list eg. email1@mycompany.com,email2@mycompany.com.

The first email you specify will then be the email used for new payments, but any email in the field will be accepted as an invoice payment.

to mark an invoice as paid, simply login , view the invoice as admin , switch to the 'add payment' tab, and apply payment
