adding new main menu item via hooks, language?

Hi. I recently added a few main menu items using hooks, following whmcs's documentation.

It works well, but it just ocurred to me that I did not take language into account.,

How can I make sure that the new items I added use the language of the client?

Right now they are hard coded like this example:
