ScarabWeb Posted November 12, 2007 Share Posted November 12, 2007 When either the "Fraud" or "Cancelled" status is selected on a product, then it will still continue to show up (in for example the calendar) as if the items are still active. I would find it more logical to assume that those items will not be billed anymore with either one of those selctions and should be seen as "Terminated".
