othellotech Posted December 15, 2016 Share Posted December 15, 2016 as admin look at the cliens account on the invoices open the invoice in a new tab on the transactions tab is the payment there ? does it show the invoice number in brackets ? on the invoice does it show the transaction at the bottom ? you can stop the autosuspend by ticking the box on the clients service 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
