Single Page Order Form Issues

Hi,

 

There seems to be some issue with the single page order form.

 

Step 1: Choose a Package – NO prices displayed. Clients are not aware of plans / payment terms which contain free domain.

 

Step 2. Choose Domains – Domain Registration now showing when clients are still not aware of payment terms which include free domains. Order process shows it will charge the domain registration fees.

 

Step 3. Billing Cycle - Now shows the free domain options when actually the client has already selected the domain.

 

 

I agree that the final price calculations are correct, however many clients are getting confused at step 2.

 

Can something be done?

This is why I don't use that form, though I preferred the radio button categories from the single page form and decided to use those with the default form like so: https://uberhost.net/order.php

Uberhost: I'm trying to figure out how to do something similiar to your customization. I want to have a single order page (linked to individual products) with my footer/hearder and without all the client area stuff. I haven't yet figured out which templates and what exactly to edit. Any tips would be appreciated!

 

Also trying to figure out the same thing for the domain registrations (want it offer it as a separate, stand alone page from the client area stuff).

Hi Michelle,

 

We still use the Default order form template, though now with the cart system and latest version of WHMCS, things look much different. Can you post or PM your URL so I can take a look and perhaps make suggestions?
