Confused! - Cron job supposed to run every 5minutes but...

Hi,

 

In the whmcs admin interface, under Setup -> Automation Settings there is a note for the cron job that says that the job should be scheduled to run every 5minutes:

 

 

But when I schedule it to run every 5 minutes, I get an email that says this:

 

The cron has run within the last 24 hours.

To force the cron to run all operations immediately, please invoke with the following arguments "all --force".

 

So what is wrong here???
