"capture" refund in payment gateway

Hi.

 

I writing a gateway module.

But my problem is. I can't have API response of success refund while make Invoice->refund

The success transaction must be obtained with a notification of the provider.

There are some way to return a "pending confirmation" or some else when make de invoice refund to late mark the transaction and invoice as correct refunded?
