ChuckB Posted November 10, 2007 Share Posted November 10, 2007 I am not entirely sure if this is a customer glitch (aka the customer doing it) or if I should post this as a bug, but it seems that in some cases the credit card is getting cleared when a transaction fails using PayPal - or if I manually have it "Attempt Payment" it charged, then cleared the card on file (at least I could no longer see basic details when attempting to view/change details) - is this a glitch, or maybe a user toying at the same time as me? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
