I am setting up a group that if they refer 3 paying customers to us, we'll let them get their monthly fee, paid back, so making it FREE.

 

Is there a way to have the billing system notify me when ever a 3rd referral of any given affiliate pays their monthly bill, so we can go manually give them a payment for their monthly fee?
