Administrator Role for Accountant or Bookkeeper

Hi,

 

We would like to create an administrator role for our accountant/ bookkeeper. She does not need to manage any of the hosting, support, domains etc.

 

Has anybody ever set up an administrator role like this? There are 134 different permissions to choose from and we are wondering if anyone has a list of the ones that an accountant / bookkeeper would need.

This depend on how much information you would like to give access to, it can be differ from company to other, and you have the option to extend these permissions anytime when they need it

 

the following permission is good as start if you need to grant access to financial information:

View Credit Log

List Transactions

View Income Totals

List Invoices

*Manage Invoice*

View Billable Items

View Reports

CSV Downloads
