iamalive Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 HI I have no idea why, but on two of the accounts I've created, the username and passowrd in the profile settings have vanished. I know what they are so I tried putting them in the relevant text fields and saving it, but the fields just come back empty. I tried saving them as "change password, which brings the message that it can't do that without the username. How do I get them to stay, as This is info which I need to pass on in the signup welcome emial so that people can access their accounts. Any ideas?
