recurring payment processing, not automatic?

hi,

 

i just noticed that my customers weren't charged monthly automatically via cron.

 

i had to manually click on customer's account and click on attempt payment.

 

is this something i have to do manually every month?

 

i have crontab setup like instruction told me to but why doesn't it attempt a payment automatically?

 

i dont think i have time to do all this manually every day.

 

please tell me this isn't true and that there is a way to have it automatically attempt payment every month.

I would suggest that you send support an issue so they can inspect your installation.

 

When submitting your ticket, it would be best to include which payment gateway/module you are having issues with as well as your admin login information just in case they can't answer your question without investigation.
