el_pedriyo Posted October 7, 2016 Share Posted October 7, 2016 Hello, The plesk module is having some problems with plesk, when I try to create a new subscription with its client, plesk tells me that the subscription is not synced with the plan. I have already contacted plesk support and they have told me that is because whmcs does not request sync information to plesk. Can someone help me with this or fix it?
