dimitrifrom31 Posted October 6, 2016 Share Posted October 6, 2016 Hi I recently upgraded from v5 to v6.3.1, on v5 my admin template ("original") an admin was notified on a ticket when another admin was typing a reply (red message on top). That was very useful and disappeared on v6.3.1 (as I had to switch to "v4" admin template due to "original" being deprecated and bogus.
