Guest
Hi, The PDF invoices are very tired and I can not keep sending those old fashion documents to our clients. I was looking for some miraculous addons and, surprisingly, I found three! I was wondering if anyone have tried any of the following softwares since they do not have a demo to test. Only some screenshots which, as per my experience with other addons, can be very misleading. CleanPDF from CMSbased: https://cmsbased.net/whmcs-addons/cleanpdf/ ZintaPDF: https://codecanyon.net/item/zintapdf-invoices-quotes-templates-for-whmcs/11722723 Zumada: https://www.whmcsthemes.com/whmcs-addons/responsive-invoices/ They are all priced at $29 - $30 so, pricing is not a major factor here. I am more worried about how easy is to edit the PDF templates and how nicely they are generated and can open either on mobile or desktop screens. I kind of like ZintaPDF's editor (at least from the screenshot), but I prefer the look of CleanPDF in a much better way. No idea about Zumada, as they do not seem to show the backoffice area. If anyone tried any of these products let me know your thoughts. Cheers!

web2008
I have used CleanPDF from CMSbased over 1 year now and think this is the best! Have also tried the others! There are many opportunities, it`s often updates / improvements and there is good support.

So did we, however CMSbased has vanished entirely, no longer replies to tickets nor releases software updates. The result is a very broken CleanPDF experience in more recent versions of WHMCS, making us look quite "meh". ERROR: Class "clean_pdf\Controllers\CleanpdfController" not found There was a 2.5 year gap from late 2022 to early 2025, where it got WHMCS v8.12.x support, then then crickets since: https://www.cmsbased.net/release-notes/cleanpdf-invoice Hopefully someone hear is able to make contact with him and resurrect the plugins, as when he's working, he is really good!
