error ticket open from spam email

Hi i'm using whmcs 6.1.1 (6.1.1-release.1).

I've this strange behaviour, i've set an email (comm@example.com) in order to receive ticket, but i receive many ticket by fake emails like 9zkvu31zlvc@yahoo.com or zx0lj30z@outlook.com. i try to block sender but their username are everytime different and of course i can't block receive and send email to outlook.com or yahoo.com.

 

another strange things it's that the problem is that comm@example.com doesn't receive email from this fake addresses but it send to these accounts, so why whmcs open the ticket?
