neaweb6 Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Hey guys, I have been trying to fix a warning message that shows up in "Help" > "Health and Updates" A Certificate Authority verified SSL certificate was not detected on https://www.neawebservices.com/client. This will prevent some features, such as OpenID Connect, from functioning. This may also affect your ability to receive PCI or other accreditation. I ran a curl command and got this: curl -k https://neawebservices.com/client <html><head><title>Error 406 - Not Acceptable</title><head><body><h1>Error 406 - Not Acceptable</h1><p>Generally a 406 error is caused because a request has been blocked by Mod Security. If you believe that your request has been blocked by mistake please contact the web site owner.</p></body></html> So I went into Mod Security and disabled it. The error message went away. So I re-enabled Mod Security and white listed the IP where WHMCS is installed. This didn't work though.
