TerrasIOI Posted November 7, 2007 Share Posted November 7, 2007 Hello, When sending a ticket from 'hush.com' mails, it doesn't get imported into support center ticket system. Instead in 'SUPPORT TICKETS MAIL IMPORT LOG' it said: 'Ticket ID Not Found' ?? Thats only happening with 'hush.com' mails. On other side even free 'yahoo.com' mail works.
