Dtorr1981 Posted September 1, 2016 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Hi Guys, I am setting up a managed hosting product which will require the customer to email the support desk with any changes they require to their websites. However, this business is generated through a sister site (currently the main domain, whereby whmcs is on a subdomain with its own domain name). For example, the master domain on my hosting account is ###design.co.uk, the whmcs installation is ###hosting.co.uk where ###hosting is a sub domain of ###design.co.uk. I want to pipe and email addressed to ###design.co.uk to my whmcs installation at ###hosting.co.uk which will open a support ticket. Is this even possible?
