Ticket Imported Successfully with pipe BUT error anyway?

TerrasIOI

Question

Hello,

I'm using email pipe and it works. But beside the confirmation mail with ticket number, sender even receive "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender".

Any idea why?

Here is actual error message:

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to | php -q /home/rest442/public_html/system/pipe/pipe.php

generated by mark@xxxxxxx.com

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

------ pipe to | php -q /home/rest442/public_html/system/pipe/pipe.php

generated by mark@xxxxxxx.com ------

PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429//usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/ffmpeg.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429//usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/ffmpeg.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

this depends on your cron job frequency. Also if you are getting errors running pipes on whmcs, anyone or scripts that use phpmail() on your system they will also cause errors. I would recommend doing what Matt says and recompile your php build or you could be in for customers giving you grief.

I tried setting up piping last night however I'm not quite sure where to go.

In the manual it says to go to the forwarders section of your control panel. I am using Cpanel and went to "Mail > Forwarders". In here I added : support@domain.com > Pipe to a Program: | php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php (details changed). I also tried it with just public_html/whmcs/pipe/pipe.php.

I just get an error:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

pipe to |/home/wobmin/public_html/billing/pipe/pipe.php

generated by support@domain.com

local delivery failed

Can anyone let me know if I've done it wrong (obviously I've done something wrong ;))

PHP recompiled, but I'm still getting errors:

Maybe I need to change to pipe link?

Any idea?
