Late fees not being added

We have not been having late fees added to invoices and I believe this started in V3.3 but has just happened again today and we are using V3.4. No settings have been changed since the fixed amount feature was added back in in a previous version and it was working.


Anyone else having a problem with late fees or have any idea what could cause this.


The invoice in question today was a manually generated invoice if that matters?
