braksator
I'm a whmcs newbie, and I've configured a server incorrectly it seems. I've entered the wrong username on the 'edit server' page, now when I try to change it, after I submit and then go back to the edit screen the old username is back, and this is preventing WHMCS from connecting to WHM. Is this the intended behaviour? Because it means I can't set accept orders until I can resolve this. Cheers. - - - Updated - - - To clarify I used the email address I signed up the reseller account with as the username, but it actually supposed to be a 7 letter username which is a shortened version of my domain. If I enter the correct 7 letter username and hit 'test connection' it is successful, but upon hitting 'save changes' it reverts back to the email address I originally entered.
braksator
I thought I'll try changing it in the database, and in the servers table the username is already correct! I did a little more testing and I notice that when I load the 'edit servers' page the username is correct for a split-second before it changes to the old incorrect username. This isn't the first time I've seen forms being filled in with the wrong info in WHMCS after loading the page. Any ideas what's going on? - - - Updated - - - Nevertheless I can't accept an order with the error: "Some Orders Failed to Accept 0 order(s) accepted successfully, but 1 order(s) failed (Order Number(s): 3). See the Activity Log for more information: System Activity Log" And the log shows: "Module Create Failed - Service ID: 3 - Error: WHM Username is missing for the selected server"
