Custom Referral Module

I'm looking for a custom WHMCS plugin.

 

I want clients to all have a unique ID that they can post for referral. I want them to be able to access their referral link from their client area. I want all referrals that sign up using their link to "credit" the referring account up to the max of that accounts service value. I want to be able to turn this on and off at different times as a promotion.

 

Example:

 

1. Client a posts http://superwebsitehosterdude.whatever/mycustomID

2. five people click the link, four sign up

3. for each sign up (4) the referrer receives $0.50 credit which is recurring monthly as long as the referred new customer remains

4. client now has two dollars credit which is applied to his invoice

5. client refers more, and reaches the max level of his service ($4.00 a month)

6. client now has free service as long as referred new customers retain a subscription

 

Referral can be turned off, so that it only may be used for promotions, but even when turned off, monthly credit continues to be applied to invoice as long as referred customers continue to renew their subscription.

 

Is such a thing possible? Are there developers willing to tackle it?
