I have paid a freelance programmer for a custom billing system for my site. The billing system has not yet been completed. Is this still valid for the Refugee Special?

 

If I buy the owned version whitch includes the Powered By Line in Client Area, later, can I pay the difference, and remove the Powered By Line in Client Area?

 

 

Also, is there a way to disable the CAPTCHA?

Yes it is handled within the license not the files.
