Personal support and coding assistance needed

Hello,

 

I need someone who has very good experience and knowledge working with WHMCS and can help me setup some API calls from a program I am working with as well as with Joomla.

 

Is there anyone in the US or speaks fluent English that can help?

 

I have posted things like this before and gotten lots of people who clearly don't have experience in these areas.

 

They need to be qualified in:

 

WHMCS API/Developer or programming

Joomla

PHP coding (That's what I'm assuming is what is needed for the API calls)
