email problem

html emails do not appear

kindly on my clients CPanel email

 

is there anyway of changing things for him.

 

his exact words were

 

"Forgive me for asking, but what's all that (it looks like rubbish at this

end!) '&nbsp' 'ndash' superfluousness. On a single line... what's the

server name? ns1.justhosted.net ???? If you can see how badly all that

stuff is coming out at this end, you'd forgive me for rushing to look for

alternative supplies to minimise my downtime! html emails do not appear

kindly on my CPanel email. I just want a quiet life, and pay my bill

every year, insecurity or necessity to reset the nameServer multiple times

for my multitude of domain names may cause me to flee!"

 

can anyone help me out there???
