hi i have just moved my hosting clients from one server to another under configuration > manage servers - i have added the new server and set it as default however i want to removed the old server but it says all the accounts are still on it? how do i assosiate the accounts with the new server setup in WHM? hope someone can help thanks stuart

hi WHM keeps billing clients in $'s and not £'s. i cant find where or how to change this? therefore i'm losing half my money each time can anyone help???

html emails do not appear kindly on my clients CPanel email is there anyway of changing things for him. his exact words were "Forgive me for asking, but what's all that (it looks like rubbish at this end!) '&nbsp' 'ndash' superfluousness. On a single line... what's the server name? ns1.justhosted.net ???? If you can see how badly all that stuff is coming out at this end, you'd forgive me for rushing to look for alternative supplies to minimise my downtime! html emails do not appear kindly on my CPanel email. thanks for the ideas..... on talking to the client some more he said his website bowlsni.co.uk - "I have been unable to update the site as I can no longer access the sitebuilder on c/panel. the message "the webpage cannot be found" http 404 occurs" so it seems its just when he tries to access the cpanel? does this make sense???

how can a user or me as admin change the nameserver details on a persons website.???? the server is config correctly but i need old customers to change their details!! can anyone help?? stuart
