6.3.1 ticket reply caches in Chrome on Macbook

Since upgrading to WHMCS 6.3.1 when I reply to a ticket, the next time I open the ticket my old reply is prefilled in the reply field and needs to be manually deleted to allow entering of a new reply. I'm on Chrome on Macbook. Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit).

I was unable to reproduce this behavior on my installation of WHMCS 6.3.1, using Chrome Version 50.0.2661.102 (64-bit) on my Macbook Pro. As such, I'm going to close this as not a bug.

 

However, if you are still having issues, I suggest you contact our support department. It's possible you're having an issue caused by your specific installation, or your specific browser, and the support department is better equipped to handle that.
