directi won't process my product offering 1 year free domain

Hi i have setup one of my product to give out free domain for a year.

But now, when customer purchases the hosting plan and domain, it won't register with directi at all.

 

So basically im saying, if the hosting plan does not give out free domain, it registers fine with directi automatically.

But if it is a hosting plan that offers free domain, it wont register the domain with directi.

 

How can I have it automatically setup a domain with directi upon registering a hosting plan with a free domain plan?

 

It is kind of urgent, any help is appreciated.

And btw, yeas i have fund transferred from reseller to customer.

 

But I have to say this, directi's admin interface is so horrible.
