Custom Report styling

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to style the Custom Reports?

 

I know about ** which makes it a full width header as follows:

 

$reportdata["tablevalues"][] = array("**<b>New Business</b>");

 

How do I change the background colour of a row to highlight certain lines?

Do you have example report that has this style already? if not then I think it is not possible!
