I have a blank window, and gateways never returned. New orders now gives me an error message. What I do now? I tried logging out and logging in and still it's not working. PPH Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 I had a similar problem whereas I went in to make a change in a payment gateway and it was blank also. I found later that reuploading the gateways modules fixed it and still have no idea why they worked one day and then not the next.
