Support, Tickets and Invoices for clients without a hosting package?

Hi all,

 

Could some one advise: We have a range of clients some of which are hosting, some of which have support contracts, some both.

 

We'd like to use WHMCS to manage the hosting for package deployment and billing and support tickets, and it looks like it's a great piece of software to do that with.

 

I'm wondering if we could also use the same functions for our clients that we have support contracts with but don't have a hosting package? Or do clients in the system have to be linked to a package?
