500 error when trying to read support tickets from admin area

Hello,

I am getting a 500 error when trying to read support tickets in my WHMCS. This error has appeared since I updated it to version 6.3.1.

The errors aren't being logged in cPanel, so I cannot find out what the problem is. I own a VPS, so have access to everything if need be.

enable Display Errors at Setup > General Settings > Other to see if you get a error

Thank you. I now get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function ticketmessageformat() in /home/dedicate/public_html/billing/*****/supporttickets.php on line 0

Where **** = admin area folder name which I've censored.
