Server Account Report

Recommended Posts

I've run into this a few times, so I figured I'd post it here.

If you've ever tried removing a server with accounts on it, you know how confusing it can be sometimes. WHMCS doesn't always clean up after itself and from time to time, it can leave accounts on servers even after they are 'terminated'.

This report will help you identify which accounts are on which server easily and effectively, server by server

Usage:

Unzip and upload the php file to whmcs/modules/reports

Launch your admin area, pull up reports, then 'all reports'.

Click on a server to view accounts for that server

When viewing server accounts, two clickable links come up per row

A: The client name / company will take you directly to their profile (admin page)

B: The username will take you directly to that specific service page for that client

This is incredibly useful when, say, retiring servers, as you can use the link in B to move the service to another server (for WHMCS, you still have to migrate the account through your control panel)

Enjoy. As always, feel free to modify. Please do share your custom modifications to this though, it will help us all :)
