sgpaul Posted October 29, 2007 Share Posted October 29, 2007 When a new order comes in, and I go ahead and accept the order, I check create account and send welcome email. Â Since last version 3.4.0 the email is not sent upon successful creation. I have to set the order as pending, and accept the order again, only checking "send welcome email" and this time the email is sent. Â is someone else having this problem? Either the product will not have the welcome email specified on it correctly or the account creation is returning a failed response. Please open a ticket if you need help investigating it.
