Troy
I'm not positive this is a bug, as it could be intended behavior, but I would think most folks would want it changed if so. We have a Windows hosting package, which has a configurable option of a dedicated IP address. There is a setup fee and a monthly fee. If a customer orders the package with the default shared IP, and then later uses the upgrade/downgrade options feature in WHMCS to upgrade to a dedicated IP address, the monthly fee is charged to the customer, but not the setup fee. Is this correct behavior, and if so, what is the rationale?
frictionsweb
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I had to go in and manually change the invoice but the email with the wrong price was already sent. So the customer will think he got a great deal and then will be disapointed. Help! varnerific
I have the same problem when a customer wants to upgrade to a package that requires a setup fee. I have to manually revise and resend the invoice. Very misleading to a current customer. Is there a fix for this?

tywe
Same issue here.. Is this a bug or the intended behaviour? Because it seems to be existing for quite a while now and several new versions have been released without fixing it..
othellotech
i think this is a bug, i'm sure it's worked previously in older versions.
Watersweb
I just discovered this as well in version 3.8.1. I really hope it's considered a bug and can be fixed.
