Tech Entrance Posted October 29, 2007 Share Posted October 29, 2007 Just 2 small notes that I wish to be fixed. 1- while looking at client profile who is an affiliate as well. I see "Activate as affiliate" - shouldn't it say "Deactivate as affiliate" ? 2- When support staff opens a ticket with client. it's status is set to "Open" this is confusing as it will be always thought as a new issue that needs to be replied will be better if it's set to "Answered" automatically when opened by staff member 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
