The new orders it sends some and sometimes nothing .. Even migrated my whmcs thinking it was my server config and still same thing .. PropelMWS
Hello nuffsaid, Try these steps to narrow down the problem. (1) Login to your WHMCS Admin (2) Create a test user account. (with an email not related to your WHMCS that you control) (3) Login to your WHMCS as that test user (4) Create a new support ticket as that test user > Does any errors occur while creating the ticket? (5) Logout of the test user account and login as Admin (6) Select the test user in Admin view and click on the "email" tab. > Does it show the support ticket email as sent? with a time/date stamp? *Once this all checks out as good then you have pretty much eliminated WHMCS as the problem. - So the problem will be in phpmail. Test this by switching to SMTP mail. - Login as WHMCS admin > SETUP > GENERAL SETTINGS > MAIL > change to SMTP and use a valid SMTP credentials. > Run the same test above and I am sure you will receive the support ticket email. - At that point you will have confirmed 100% the problem is with phpmail or your server configuration. Solving that is beyond this forum post but atleast you will be on the right path. I do not think WHMCS is the problem in this case. Best, Trevor-
