FreshNetworks
Hi guys, Just wondering whether this is a DirectI problem, or a mis configuration problem on my behalf. Basically, if I use a payment method such as "Bank Transfer" once I pay the invoice, WHMCS sends the request through to DirectI, and the order is still set to pending in WHMCS, so when I go to Activate the order, it either throws an error that the domain is already in my account, or one that says the invoice has been only partially paid (response codes from DirectI API). This confused me for a while until I logged into DirectI and realised that there are invoices being generated in DirectI that I need to manually override before I can register the domain. Is there anyway to get around this issue, and mark the internal DirectI invoices as paid so that I can control everything from WHMCS, rather than having to login to DirectI every domain registration to manually approve it? ------------------ Now onto my second question, does DirectI support our DNS/Email forwarding settings during the order, or do we have to manually do this through DirectI as well? I tried moving some domains this morning, and the transfers were fine (apart from having to login and override the invoices to get the transfer started), but it didn't seem to recognise that we had ordered DNS/Email forwarding during the order process. Is this a bug, or something that needs to be done manually, or just my configuration isn't quite right? Thanks guys, hopefully someone can help me out here Cheers, Adam

Cheers, Adam Hi Adam, You mention that the DNS/Email forwarding is "our" if it is your own product, as long as the DNS servers dont change, nothing should change. If it is the Directi/RC DNS/EMail Forwarding, when you placed the order through WHMCS, did you add the option for DNS/Email forwarding?, and manually went through to "kick it off", I assume you mean it wasnt shown on the main Directi/RC Invoice? FreshNetworks
Yes, sorry Chris, I should have been more specific. Its the DirectI/RC DNS/Email forwarding product, and it shows when you are confirming your order in WHMCS: Domain Registration - mydomain.com - 1 Year/s » DNS Management » Email Forwarding » ID Protection However, the order gets submitted to DirectI/RC, and I need to manually login and activate the DNS/Email forwarding service, the API doesn't seem to do it for me.
