  1. It means your system clock isn't set right. Just adjust your clock to the right time and you should be fine
  2. I'm convinced that its an open_basedir problem. What control panel are you using, and is WHMCS on a subdomain? Can you create a phpinfo file in the root of the WHMCS installation and confirm that open_basedir is indeed off?
  3. Hi Everyone, Just an update for those that are getting blank pages, this seems to be caused by open_basedir not deactivated for the domain. Turn open_basedir off, and you will find everything spring to life Cheers, Adam
  4. Is there anyone else having an issue with getting this setup? Its showing blank pages for me everywhere. I've followed the following steps: Path to SupportSuite is /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/mysupport/httpdocs/ (which has been changed in the integrate.php file. The modules directory contents from kayako integration has been moved to the modules directory in WHMCS. The templates directory contents from kayko integration has been moved to the templates directory in WHMCS. I enabled Kayako in General Configuration -> Support In Kayako, set Dashboard -> Templates -> Manage Groups -> default -> Settings -> LoginShare to "WHMCS Integration". Is there anything I'm missing?
  5. Yes, sorry Chris, I should have been more specific. Its the DirectI/RC DNS/Email forwarding product, and it shows when you are confirming your order in WHMCS: Domain Registration - mydomain.com - 1 Year/s » DNS Management » Email Forwarding » ID Protection However, the order gets submitted to DirectI/RC, and I need to manually login and activate the DNS/Email forwarding service, the API doesn't seem to do it for me.
  6. Hi guys, Just wondering whether this is a DirectI problem, or a mis configuration problem on my behalf. Basically, if I use a payment method such as "Bank Transfer" once I pay the invoice, WHMCS sends the request through to DirectI, and the order is still set to pending in WHMCS, so when I go to Activate the order, it either throws an error that the domain is already in my account, or one that says the invoice has been only partially paid (response codes from DirectI API). This confused me for a while until I logged into DirectI and realised that there are invoices being generated in DirectI that I need to manually override before I can register the domain. Is there anyway to get around this issue, and mark the internal DirectI invoices as paid so that I can control everything from WHMCS, rather than having to login to DirectI every domain registration to manually approve it? ------------------ Now onto my second question, does DirectI support our DNS/Email forwarding settings during the order, or do we have to manually do this through DirectI as well? I tried moving some domains this morning, and the transfers were fine (apart from having to login and override the invoices to get the transfer started), but it didn't seem to recognise that we had ordered DNS/Email forwarding during the order process. Is this a bug, or something that needs to be done manually, or just my configuration isn't quite right? Thanks guys, hopefully someone can help me out here Cheers, Adam
  7. Can you go into the database and delete it?
  8. Hi guys, I've installed WHMCS a couple of hours ago, and have been configuring it (I've come across from the Modernbill camp), and found it to be perfect for what I need, however, it does have one slight problem for me. Trying to get WHMCS to provision accounts onto our VPS's. Basically, I noticed the issue when adding the server, and then hitting the "Plesk" button which is supposed to autologin to the server. Only issue is that WHMCS seems to want the port number 8443 at the end of the URL, whereas the URL for a VPS copy of Plesk is: https ://111.111.111.111:8443/vz/cp/psa/frameset Is there anyway to get around this and allow WHMCS to provision accounts on our VPS servers? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Adam
