Orbit checkout form values cleared when rediredted from the agb rule validation page

Hello.

 

I am using orbit theme. And i am facing a problem in checkout page. If the newuser is process on order. In the profile tab he /she filed all the details. If they dont agreed the "Ich habe die Datenschutzerklärung gelesen und akzeptiere diese" and "Ich habe die Widerrufsbestimmungen gelesen und akzeptiere diese" checkboxes it will went to other page. After return to the order view page goes empty. Pls help me to solve this issue
