Full email with forwarded contents in tickets

Hi

 

When customers forward emails it only shows the top portion not the forwarded email in tickets.

 

Is this the correct behaviour?

 

Is this why people move to kayako?

 

Any ideas on how to solve this or not. Our staff keep having to go into our global support email account to view the actual emails with forwarded content.

but have this

 

.gif,.jpeg,.png,.txt,.jpg,.pdf,.xls,.xlsx,.doc,.docx,.dat,.eml,.p7s,.zip,.htm
