shahtijani Posted February 2, 2016 Share Posted February 2, 2016 I have been managing some customers in WHMCS for quite some time now but as always there are issues which i need some assistance with. The issue that i am getting as of now is that when a user creates a ticket it comes in multiple times to be precise it comes in 2 times and the content of the support ticket is totally the same. Instead of it being one ticket we see two tickets and then we go ahead and merge them. The user is not creating two tickets it is the system, some settings or configuration that i am unable to find as of now. Well not a big issue but definitely wastes our support time.
