Hello i know it is on the server and working i ran the file in the help like it said and came back and said that it is installed.

but every morning when i check my email i still get this message in it.

Failed loading /usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so:

/usr/local/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

now lets get this straight it does go into like public_html/ioncobe

right not in the whmc folder.

Hey,

Lets say you installed WHMCS in the folder /home/USER/public_html/billing you would put the ioncube in /home/USER/public_html/ioncube. The ioncube folder should look something like

ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so

ioncube_loader_lin_4.4_ts.so

ioncube-encoded-file.php

ioncube_loader_lin_5.0.so

ioncube-install-assistant.php

ioncube_loader_lin_5.0_ts.so

ioncube-loader-helper.php

ioncube_loader_lin_5.1.so

ioncube_loader_lin_4.0.so

ioncube_loader_lin_5.1_ts.so

ioncube_loader_lin_4.1.so

ioncube-rtl-tester.php

ioncube_loader_lin_4.2.so

ioncube-sysinfo.php

ioncube_loader_lin_4.2_ts.so

LICENSE.txt

ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so

README.txt

ioncube_loader_lin_4.3_ts.so

From,

Adam
