Directory Structure Issue

Hello,

Why is there such slow response for installation issues marked with high priority while requesting technical support from such important and am guessing very popular billing software?

I have not been able to upgrade my 5.x install to the latest 6.x, this issue has been reported before in this forums with not helpful response. I have checked permissions as technical support recommended hours ago, I have provided all info needed, I have tried a full install removing old files and just uploading the new ones, but am still stuck with same error message and my clients with no access to their billing/support portal.

[2016-01-14 16:53:37][WHMCS Installer] ERROR: Unable to complete incremental updates: Unable to import the 6.0.0 Alpha1 database file. Unable to access import path. []

Once again I will have to roll back to my old install. This "Upgrade your ticket for $30 and get your ticket immediately escalated to the top of the queue. Available Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CST." doesn't really help with the frustration.

Regards.

Carlos

Never mind.. I managed to fix the problem my self. Please make sure next time, you inform people with issues like this (which i see have been reported before in this forums) that using a symlink at some point in the folder structure to the WHMCS folder will generate this kind of errors.
