5wayshost
being a reseller, am i able to install ioncube?
MACscr
You dont have to install ioncube at all. A binary comes with whmcs that you dont have to do anything with. Just install whmcs like a normal script.

MACscr
Can you give us more information about your server, apache version, php version, mysql, etc? Also did the installation process work fine for you? Did you remember to set the permissions correctly on the templates_c folder? Can you show us a link to your phpinfo()?
Harrison
What message do you get when you type in the URL of your WHMCS installation?
5wayshost
i am currently uploading the beta zip version trial demo. After I have cleared the old database and re installed I will reply with the update. Meanwhile, on each page admin and customer it said ioncube had to be installed..
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 9, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 9, 2006 If all you are doing is uploading the V2.5 BETA files then the message will be the same unfortunately! If you get problems this time, email support@whmcs.com. Matt
